All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept all major credit cards which are processed through Pay Pal. Your credit card statement will be billed by S&S Shops Inc. 318-561-0306 for your privacy.
We accept money orders by request. Please contact us by email if you would like to use a money order as payment. We will promptly reply with instructions.
Shipping
We ship to the USA and US military bases (APO/FPO). We do not ship internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, otherwise, we will notify you by the email address you provide.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are price-based, meaning based on the price of the product.
We ship with UPS or USPS.
The shipping options we may choose from are as follows, these time estimates include both processing and shipping time:
USA - UPS or USPS Ground shipping will take 3-7 business days.
USA - UPS 3-Day Shipping will take 2-3 business days.
USA - UPS Overnight shipping will take 2 business days.
Military addresses - USPS ground will take 5-8 business days.
We strongly suggest a physical address (not a P.O. Box number) for orders of higher value so that the package can be signed for upon delivery.
If you request that your package be left on a doorstep, due to the high potential for theft, we cannot be responsible for these packages that have not been received.
Please note that only standard shipping is available for Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska.

Orders normally ship the next business day after being placed.
Please note that overnight and 3-day orders get priority and if all the items are in stock, these orders will always ship the next business day.
Standard ground orders usually ship the next business day but may take up to 2 business days to ship. Cut-off time for placing an order to be processed the next day is 11:59 pm CST.

We use plain boxes with no reference to the contents; it is discreet for your privacy. Only a return address and the shipping address is on the shipping label, there is no company name listed. The packing list is located inside the box with a list of the products that are in the order. Our shipping method is very discreet, not even the delivery person will know what is inside the box.
Undeliverable Packages
Please verify that your billing and shipping information entered is correct. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information will delay the processing of your order. An undeliverable package is a package that was returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In the event that this occurs, we refund the subtotal back to your card. We cannot refund the shipping charge as it is simply a fee that we pass along to our customers. We cannot re-ship the order; you must place the order again.
We do not keep all merchandise in inventory, in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. If any selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped to you. Please note: Any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer at no additional cost.
Back-ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers or on backorder from the manufacturer.
- Standard procedure is that we will ship out the order without the backordered item (you will notice it says "b/o" on the invoice that arrives inside the box), and then once the item arrives in stock, we will ship it out at no extra cost to you. Items usually arrive in stock within 1-2 weeks.
- Sometimes we may hold the whole order and wait until the backordered product arrives, or request a substitution be made. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.
When we receive the product, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to four weeks but can occasionally take longer.
If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email. If, for any reason, we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalog.
Note: we never charge your credit card until the item ships; therefore, no adjustment will need to be made to your credit card upon order cancellation.
If payment was made by money order, your credit will be placed in your AdultEmporiumOnLine.com account and will be automatically applied to your next order. Returns Policy
First and foremost we have a health-oriented return policy. We take the health and safety of every customer extremely serious and will never risk compromising the health of our customers.
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, when you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items functions are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (minus the cost of shipping and handling, and subject to a 15% restocking fee). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded, so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.
This policy is to give peace of mind to our customers knowing that they will never be sold a previously returned, used or unwanted product. We thank you for your understanding of this policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If an item is returned to us, we throw it in the garbage; we never sell a returned item regardless of if it was used or not because we do not want to risk re-selling any pre-used items. This is why we cannot offer a refund even if an item is returned.
Electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video, or audio tapes), lingerie, potions and liquid products (male and female enhancement products, oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) cannot be returned.
In the event that liquid products were damaged or leaked during shipment, we will replace these items at no additional cost, if this occurs, please contact our Customer Service immediately; replacements for liquid items are available within a few days of expected delivery date.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We strongly encourage our customers to sign up for a user account. This enables a customer to view order status and be able to make changes to orders. The benefit of a user account provides:

Customers can sign up for a user account during checkout or after order placement.
Due to the ease of duplication, video and audio discs (DVDs and CDs) are returnable only if the seal is unbroken. You may return unopened videos for up to ninety days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value. We can only accept opened videos for return if they are broken or defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video at our cost.
We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product for any video that has been opened. Before you return any item, please contact our Customer Service Department at (318) 561-0306 M-F 8am-4pm CST or email CustomerService@AdultEmporiumOnLine.com.
In your return package please include:
- The packing slip
- A note explaining the problem
- A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality products and maintaining attentive customer service. We hope you have been and will be happy with our services.
Defective Items
In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will gladly honor the 90 day manufacturer's warranty by replacing a defective product with the same product.
Once you receive your order, test the battery operated items immediately BEFORE using. If an item is used, the manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement.
The manufacturer will only provide warranty replacement if the order invoice and the original packaging are included with the return.
In the event of a defect please email CustomerService@AdultEmporiumOnLine.com and include the name of the product, the order number and a brief explanation of what is wrong. We will respond with the return address and further instructions.
Please note, you must email us within 90 days of receiving the product as the manufacturer offers a 90 day warranty with all unused items. Beyond 90 days and the manufacturer will not replace the item.
Other
Sometimes, manufacturers change the packaging, the color or the design of an item. The items you receive may not appear exactly the same as pictured on the website. In some cases, substitutions may be made. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse an order.
We have a 20 dollar order minimum, including shipping. This helps to cover the cost of the shipping and packing materials.
In the event of fraud or harassment, the privacy policy becomes null and void.
